Being the economic segment, the construction thicknesses are lower than the standard, which means that much more care is required in use and cleaning. In any case, these characteristics do not make you lose any functional characteristics.
BENEFITS
Always full with flat bottom. The support tripod can be purchased as an option. Equipped with stainless steel float complete with vent valve, inflation pump and pressure gauge. Used for those new to the world of enology, it allows the storage of wine from 50 liters to 1000 liters. Also available with ø300 circular hatch.
It allows, through the inflation and deflation of the air chamber, the minimum contact between the wine / must and the oxygen present in the air, avoiding the risk of unwanted oxidation to a minimum. Possibility of being equipped with a circular door to facilitate cleaning and processing. It has a tap or a drain valve, depending on its capacity.
